Refund Policy

1. No Refund on Monthly Plans

Monthly hosting plans are strictly non-refundable.

2. Annual & Multi-Year Plan Refund

For 1 Year or 2 Year hosting plans, refund may be approved within 7 days of activation subject to:

• 10% administrative deduction
• Deduction of actual service usage charges
• Deduction of payment gateway processing fees
• GST and government taxes are non-refundable

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain Registration / Renewal
• VPS Hosting
• Cloud Hosting Setup
• Dedicated Servers
• SSL Certificates
• Control Panel Licenses
• All Renewals

4. Policy Violation

No refund will be issued if account is suspended due to Terms violation.

5. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension and possible legal recovery action.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
