This agreement governs the use of services provided by Webyra Cloud. By purchasing or using our Web Hosting, VPS Hosting, or Cloud Hosting services, you agree to comply with the terms below.

• VPS Hosting
• Cloud Hosting
• Domain & Add-on Services
• Technical Support

2. Account Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for account security, hosted content, and all activities under their account.

3. Acceptable Use

• No illegal or fraudulent activities
• No phishing, malware, or harmful scripts
• No spam or bulk mailing
• No excessive server resource abuse

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Payments

All services are prepaid. GST is applicable as per Indian regulations. Non-payment may result in suspension or data removal.

5. Limitation of Liability

Webyra Cloud is not liable for data loss, revenue loss, or third-party downtime. Liability is limited to the active service amount paid.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to UP India jurisdiction.
